Kevin joined James Barr in 2000 to develop the company’s expanding project management portfolio. Since qualifying as a Project Manager in 1993, Kevin has provided project management consultancy services for a broad range of public and private sector clients throughout the UK and across various market sectors. Kevin has particular experience on commercial and retail developments, education/PPP projects and industrial / infrastructure schemes. His extensive experience in managing major capital development projects allows him to provide early strategic advice to clients relative to their particular property requirements.
