James Barr Building Consultancy are pleased to announce that they recently assisted Linden Property in the preparation of Energy Performance Certificates for Silverburn Shopping Centre, Glasgow.

The development was sold and legally requires EPC's for all of the common areas, and for each of the 94 retail units.  Tenant fit out drawings were not available.

James Barr were given a timescale of 3 weeks within which to measure, draw and help assess the carbon emissions to allow the sale transaction to conclude without delay.
