James Barr are pleased to announce the successful letting of new headquarters accommodation on behalf of The Glenmorangie Company at The Cube in Edinburgh city centre. The iconic office building was completed at the end of November.
The Glenmorangie Company has taken space over the top two floors of the building, in one of Edinburgh’s largest office lettings so far this year. Glenmorangie will relocate from its current offices in Broxburn, West Lothian to the Capital by September 2010. In addition, work is well underway on the company’s new purpose built bottling facility at Alba Campus in Livingston.
Commenting on the announcement, Paul Neep, Chief Executive, The Glenmorangie Company said:
“Moving our headquarters into Edinburgh’s city centre, Scotland’s cosmopolitan capital city, is another exciting step in The Glenmorangie Company’s ongoing development.”

Designed by Allan Murray Architects, the 65,000 sq ft The Cube has been built to the highest environmental standards, achieving an excellent BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method) rating and EPC B rating.
