On behalf of a private client, James Barr has let the boutique style retail premises at 15b Frederick Street to RBFY Beauty Studio on a 5 year lease.  The 540 sq ft premises became vacant in June following the unexpected administration of lingerie retailer Boudiche.  Immediate action and an intensive marketing campaign saw a number of interested parties come forward.  Following negotiation and relevant due diligence a deal at £35,000 p.a. was quickly agreed.

Commenting on the deal, Will Sandwell, of James Barr said:

“We are delighted to have identified and secured a new tenant for our client in such short timescales, amounting to a void of only 2 months.  There is no doubt that certain areas of the retail market are still struggling but we were confident that good property fundamentals would attract significant interest in this instance.”

RBFY Beauty Studio (Right Beauty For You) will be fitting out the premises to operate a new concept beauty studio due to open in September of this year.
