Valuation of Scottish Parliament Complex for incorporation in the annual accounts of the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body.
A highly specialised and iconic property, which cost £414 Million, has been valued by James Barr on a Depreciated Replacement Cost basis in 2005 and 2010. The valuations were undertaken in accordance with the Valuation Standards of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and had regard to the Government Financial Reporting Manual (FReM) and FRS 15.
In addition to valuation work, James Barr also provide advice on general property agency matters and are Rating Advisors on the Scottish Parliament complex in Edinburgh.
