James Barr acted as Property Advisers to Greater Glasgow Health Board, conducting land search, option appraisal exercise and thereafter negotiating the acquisition of circa 10 acres of the former Queens Park Recreation Ground to facilitate the development of the new Victoria Hospital which opened in summer 2009. 

The new 41500m2 hospital will deliver high quality integrated care services for the people of south Glasgow.
