Client:	University of St Andrews

• Various planned maintenance, alterations, refurbishment and new build projects have been undertaken over previous years with several new instructions ongoing
• Many of the complex, listed, existing buildings involved are within the town’s conservation area
• Projects services have included Full Design, Cost Consultancy & Project Monitoring from inception through to completion on site
• All works have been planned and taken into account the University’s access and operational restrictions along with the overall estates strategy plans
• Supplementary Building Surveying Consultancy Services have also been provided. These have included Building Survey Inspections and resulting Recommendations, Building Defects Investigation & the Organisation of Subsequent Repairs and Building Maintenance Projects
