- Design Review of teaching, student and administration spaces within the College
- Works involved Reconfiguration and Redevelopment of teaching facilities including bespoke classroom fit-outs for therapy areas and hairdressing plus the formation of a new café and student social spaces, main entrance and staff/administration areas
- Careful programming and planning of the project works allowed the college to remain fully operational throughout the phased contract periods
- Selected projects include the refurbishment of the main entrance, refectory and student areas, including the creation of a new lecturing space & specialist teaching facilities, with a contract value of £840,000 and the formation of new science laboratories and teaching kitchens, with a contract value of £484,000
