• 140,000 sq m GFA of Maturation Warehousing, ancillary facilities & external yards over a phased development period
• Phases 1-3 completed to date incorporating 67,000 sq m of warehousing, gatehouse, vehicle shed and welfare facilities
• The warehouses are clad in single skin wall panels with a composite panel system on the roof to prevent condensation from forming
• All external cladding colours were selected to aid heat deflection and to maintain an optimum temperature within the warehouses for the whisky maturation
• The phased development is ongoing, the total project value is £91 million
