About Stuart:

Stuart joined James Barr in 1994 and has over 15 years property experience, specialising in the provision of Building Surveying Services to the Property Management Department. This includes Schedules of Dilapidations/Condition, building maintenance, property refurbishment and Disability Discrimination Act and Control of Asbestos at Work requirements. He is also responsible for implementing pro-active and reactive maintenance programmes and managing refurbishment works for a range of clients.
