James Barr is a privately limited company wholly owned by the directors of the business. We have over 60 members of staff in our Glasgow and Edinburgh offices, 40 of whom are professionally qualified, including chartered surveyors, town planners, and architects.
Core areas of operation include, agency & investment, planning, valuation services, business rates, building and architectural services, project management, property management and landlord/ tenant negotiations. Although we operate discrete business units, there is a significant level of service integration, with many clients benefiting from a multi-disciplined practice that successfully integrates a range of different skills into a single project.
