Quality Assurance
We ensure compliance with a minimum set of professional standards and conduct, by incorporating the requirements of our professional indemnity insurers and professional bodies, The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Royal Town Planning Institute.
Our QA principles are embedded in our working practices, with a system of procedures in place, adhered to by staff at all levels. This ensures that clients receive the highest possible level of service. High levels of repeat business secured from our client base is testament to the success of this approach.
The high ratio of directors to other professional staff allows active director involvement and control of all output. This level of involvement enables us to provide the highest possible professional standards with the aim of exceeding clients’ expectations.
