Steven is Associate Director of Rating. Now involved in his 4th Rating Revaluation, Steven has extensive knowledge in all aspects of business rates including appeal discussions, rates budgets, splits and mergers of properties and empty rates relief. He particularly specialises in shopping centres, banks and large industrials including telecom and whisky related subjects. In addition, Steven advises on valuation and landlord & tenant issues, acts as an Assessor on behalf of the RICS and is an external examiner on behalf of Glasgow Caledonian University.
