James Barr's Investment team are pleased to announce the sale of Sentinel, Waterloo Street, Glasgow on behalf of Kenmore Property Group.

The recently developed 83,700 sq ft Grade A office building has attracted blue-chip tenants including JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, AON Insurance and Ace Insurance.  It was purchased by Oppenheim Property Fund for £38.5 million reflecting a net initial yield of 4.8%. 

James Barr also acted for Kenmore in the acquisition of the original development site and have been involved throughout the development and letting of the building.
