James Barr has successfully relocated Macmillan Cancer Support's Edinburgh operations to 132 Rose Street.  The charity, which helps families deal with the financial impact of cancer, has taken a 10-year lease on a 3,745 sq ft suite at a rent equating to £14.75 per sq ft (with a break option in year five).

This letting is representative of the current demand in Edinburgh for good-quality but affordable open-plan office space within the city centre.
