Highcross are pleased to announce two new deals at Centrum House, 108-114 Dundas Street, Edinburgh.

The lower ground floor has been let to Cherrybank Dental Spa. The Perth based dental practice, represented by Montagu Evans, signed a 15 year lease on the 3,690 sq ft suite following a successful application for Class 2 consent.

Russell Jones and Walker, represented by Eric Young and Co, have relocated from their West End office and signed a 10 year lease on Suite A of the first floor, extending to 1,420 sq ft.
