Acting on behalf of CBRE Investors, James Barr has acquired the investment interest in the Kwik-Fit motorist centre at 4 & 6 McDonald Road in Edinburgh from Kwik-Fit Properties Ltd.

The new purpose built motorist centre, which extends to approximately 969 m² (10,430 ft²), is let to Kwik-Fit  (GB) Ltd on a new 25 year full repairing and insuring lease, expiring on 1 September 2033. 

The price paid was £1,352,000 which reflected a net initial yield of 6.01%.
