A joint planning application on behalf of Lanrick Estate and Burn Stewart Distillers Ltd has been lodged for Deanston. The proposal is for 50 houses, a football pitch and changing facilities, community hall, as well as affordable houses on land next to the conservation village of Deanston, Stirlingshire.
The proposal has the support of the community council and is identified in the local plan. It is trusted that consent will be forthcoming late summer of 2006 and the consent marketed by agency thereafter.
