On behalf of Glasgow City Council/Glasgow Cultural Enterprises Ltd, we were instructed to provide valuation advice for financial statements. The SECC comprises an extensive exhibition and conference facility, located adjacent to Glasgow City Centre. The site has five purpose built exhibition halls of varying sizes, together with a seminar suite and all associated support facilities.
The remit also included the landmark Clyde Auditorium (The Armadillo) a 3,000 seat entertainment venue which shares a campus with the SECC complex.
