Re-appointed as Valuation Consultant to Scottish Enterprise to carry out an asset valuation for the period 2005-2007. The remit involves the valuation of 230 properties held by SE throughout Scotland. These properties range from industrial units and office pavilions and business centres to extensive development sites, business parks and specialist bio-medical facilities. As well as the asset valuation, we provide advice on Estates strategy, identify potential opportunities for redevelopment or disposal of assets.
