Following on from recent lettings at Abercrombie Court, Arnhall Business Park, Westhill, Aberdeen, James Barr, acting as joint agents with FG Burnett has sold the heritable interest in two units on behalf of Gladman Developments.
The first transaction, in November 2008 saw Unit 18 sold to a private investor for £1.05m, achieving a net initial yield of 8.25%. The 5,202 sq ft office pavilion was let to Northern Offshore UK Ltd until September 2018 with a tenant only break option in September 2013.
In the second deal, which concluded in January 2009, a private investor acquired Unit 17 Abercrombie Court for £440,000, equating to a net initial yield of 8.50%. The Gladman G2k Office Pavilion provides 2,212 sq ft of accommodation and is let to offshore and subsea engineering company Jee Ltd until 2013 with an option to extend for a further 5 years on expiry.
