We were appointed by Volvo to deliver a 51,000 sq ft bespoke facility, consisting of 12,000 sq ft of high quality offices with vehicle sales/service centre , specialised service bays & warehouse. Our role extended to acting as designers, project managers & planning supervisors. The £5m project was delivered over a 36 week period in 2003. Our agency team represented Volvo in the site acquisition
